707 OS is a private workplace tool, not a public service. Everyone in it is a member of staff whose account an administrator created or approved. This page says exactly what the system stores about them, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed.
What is collected
Given by you or your administrator
- Your name and work email address — the identity other staff see next to your work.
- Job title, phone number, division — asked once, on your first sign-in.
- Brand and assigned store — optional, and used to decide which store's stock you may look up.
- Your password, if you sign in with one. It is stored only as a one-way hash (bcrypt); nobody, including the administrator and the people who built this, can read it back.
Created as you use it
- What you write — tasks, subtasks, comments, announcements, daily check-ins and stock requests, together with your name and the time.
- Sign-in sessions — the IP address and browser identification of each sign-in, so you can see and end your own sessions. The session token itself is stored only as a hash.
- An activity log — a short line for actions that matter (creating an account, approving one, deleting a task), with the IP address and time.
- A count of how many times your account has signed in.
Signing in with Google
If you use Sign in with Google, the only things requested from Google are
your name, your email address, and the fact that Google has verified that address
(the standard openid, email and profile scopes). A stable Google
account identifier is stored so that your account is recognised the next time.
Nothing else is requested and nothing else is received: not your contacts, not your calendar, not your files, not your Google password. Your Google profile picture is part of what Google offers, but this system does not store it. No data is ever sent back to Google about what you do inside 707 OS.
Signing in with Google does not create access on its own. A new account arrives with the lowest role and a pending status, and can open nothing until an administrator approves it.
Why it is collected
To run the tool and nothing else: to know who you are, to show your colleagues who holds which piece of work, to show you only what your role allows, and to keep a record of security-relevant actions. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking anywhere in this system.
Who can see it
- Your colleagues see your name, job title and division, and whatever you write in shared places — tasks, comments, announcements, check-ins.
- Administrators at 707 Retail Group can additionally see your email address, account status, sessions and activity log, and can change your role or switch your account off.
- PT Nano Teknologi Solution, who built and maintain the system, can reach the database when fixing a fault or carrying out maintenance.
- Nobody else. There is no third-party service receiving your data. The one external request a page makes is for the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google's font servers see your IP address as they would on any site using that font.
How long it is kept
- Sign-in sessions expire after 7 days, or immediately when you sign out or an administrator switches your account off.
- Database backups are taken daily and kept for 14 days, then deleted.
- Your account and what you wrote are kept for as long as you work with 707 Retail Group and the tool is in use. When an account is removed, the work it created stays (a task without a history is not useful to the team), but it is no longer attributed to a live account.
Where it is stored
On servers rented and operated by PT Nano Teknologi Solution in Indonesia. Traffic between your browser and the system is encrypted (HTTPS). The database is not reachable from the public internet.
Your choices
- See and correct your details — the Settings page, at any time.
- End other sessions — Settings, if you think someone else has your session.
- Ask for a copy, a correction, or removal of your data — write to the contact below; expect an answer within 30 days.
- Stop using Google sign-in — you may also revoke this application's access from your Google account at any time, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your 707 OS account is unaffected; you would then sign in with a password.
